Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms & Corporate Authority

By creating an account, accessing, or using Setyra (available at setyra.kryleos.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, corporate enterprise, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Subscriptions, Multi-Currency Billing & Taxes

Setyra is offered on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annual billing) with shared workspace credit pools:

• Regional Currencies & Gateways: Subscriptions are billed natively in the currency selected or detected for your region: Indian Rupee (INR) via Razorpay, or United States Dollar (USD), British Pound (GBP), or Euro (EUR) via Stripe.
• Taxes & Reverse Charge: For customers registered in India, applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) is calculated and remitted according to your provided GSTIN. For non-resident commercial customers, supplies are provided on a zero-rated cross-border export basis, and the customer is responsible for local reverse-charge VAT, GST, or sales tax compliance where applicable in their jurisdiction.
• Renewals & Cancellations: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing term unless canceled prior to the renewal date via your billing dashboard.

3. Included Team Seats & Unrestricted Global Search

Each tier includes a designated allotment of team seats (5 seats on Free Forever tier, 10 on Starter, 20 on Growth, and unlimited on Enterprise). Seats may be allocated to your bona fide employees, sales representatives, or contractors.

Territory Policy: Regardless of regional subscription pricing tier or selected currency, all customer workspaces receive 100% unrestricted worldwide prospecting capabilities across all supported global industrial corridors and geographies.

4. Acceptable Use Policy & Global Anti-Spam Compliance

Setyra is designed solely for legitimate business-to-business (B2B) communications. By using the platform to research, prospect, or contact commercial accounts, you agree to comply with all applicable telecommunications, consumer protection, and anti-spam laws, including but not limited to:

• United States: CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
• United Kingdom: Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR.
• European Union: Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy Directive) and EU GDPR Recital 47.
• Canada: Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
• Australia: Spam Act 2003 and Do Not Call Register Act 2006.
• India: Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TRAI DND).

You may not use Setyra to send deceptive communications, transmit malware, scrape Setyra's underlying database, or resell access to the platform without prior written authorization from Kryleos Technologies.

5. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

The Setyra platform, software code, algorithms, visual interfaces, and the Stacked Ping S mark are the exclusive intellectual property of Kryleos Technologies.

You retain all ownership rights in and to your proprietary data uploaded to Setyra, including your customized product catalogs, target buyer personas, internal pipeline deal stages, and sales notes.

6. Export Controls & Sanctions Compliance

You represent and warrant that your organization and authorized users are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any country or territory subject to comprehensive government trade sanctions, nor listed on any prohibited parties list maintained by the United Nations, European Union, United Kingdom, or United States Government (OFAC).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Setyra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain high direct-phone accuracy and live domain verification, Kryleos Technologies does not warrant that public company web information will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any specific sales transaction will result from accounts researched via the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Kryleos Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you to Setyra during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Prior to initiating formal litigation, the parties agree to seek resolution through amicable and good-faith business discussions. Any formal disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
